South Korean boyband BTS has taken the top position in the idol group brand reputation rankings for April 2023, following a big data analysis by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute (KCRRI). The study showed that the reputation of idol brands increased by 0.08% compared to the previous month, with the overall brand big data reaching 93,302,459.
According to Koo Chang-hwan, director of KCRRI, BTS's brand saw an increase in consumption by 5.06%, while brand communication and diffusion rose by 1.50% and 1.96% respectively. However, there was an 8.10% decrease in brand issues. The link analysis for the BTS brand revealed keywords such as "record," "enlist," and "donate," while keyword analysis identified "Jimin," "J-Hope," and "Jungkook." The group's positive rate in the positive-negativity analysis was a remarkable 92.38%.
BTS member J-Hope recently entered the 36th Division Recruit Training Center in Wonju, Gangwon Province, following fellow member Jin. V is currently starring alongside Lee Seo-jin, Park Seo-joon, and Choi Woo-shik in the popular variety show 'Seojin.' Other idol groups featured in the top 30 of the brand reputation rankings for April 2023 include BLACKPINK, New Jeans, IVE, Seventeen, Teen Top, TWICE, Monsta X, Fifty Fifty, (G)I-DLE, NCT, High Key, STAYC, SHINee, SNSD, EXO, Apink, Kepler, BTOB, Le Seraphim, TXT, Pentagon, Stray Kids, The Boyz, Espa, Big Bang, Red Velvet, Enhypen, Oh My Girl, and Astro.
