Jeong Ho-yeon, a rising South Korean actor, has been confirmed to play the lead role in "Hope," an upcoming film by director Na Hong-jin. The film follows the story of the residents of Hopo Port, an isolated port town, who are targeted in a mysterious attack. Jeong will be portraying the character of police officer Seong-ae in the movie, which is being produced by Forged Films and distributed by Plus M Entertainment.
